I flew with Ryanair for the first time to Düsseldorf from Stansted. Both the flights were very pleasant and I arrived feeling relaxed. Will definitely use again for short haul flights around Europe.

Yet another appalling flight on Ryanair. I don't know why I thought it would be different this time but I decided to give them another chance. I won't be making the same mistake again. The whole experience is very poor. The company seems only to exist to make its appalling chief exec. richer. The staff, whilst trying their best, are obviously under a lot of stress to cut corners and meet targets. If you want to go low budget, use Easyjet or one of the other regional airlines.
