I have been a Qantas customer for a number of years and I am sad to say that in recent time I have noticed a drop in customer service. Its not that they do anything really bad, its just that they don't go the extra mile like they used to. Qantas has always had a very good reputation, hopefully these recent blips wil not become a permanent failing. |

I have travelled to many parts of the world, but no matter where I go, I have yet to discover a better airline that Qantas. The level of service is unsurpassed. The staff are genuinely pleased to help you and I have never had a delayed flight or a lost piece of luggage during over 10 years of flying with Qantas. |

I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service that I received on a recent Qantas flight. Nothing was to much trouble for the cabin crew, they really made you feel at home. The US carriers could learn a thing from them. |

Sadly I have to fly Qantas for many internal business trips in Australia. The companies choice not mine. The level of service is definitely going downhill, as are the aging aircraft, particularly on internal flights. I recently flew with Virgin Blue, a young up and coming company that's looking to compete head on with Qantas for internal flights. All I can say is, go Virgin Blue. If only I could fly with them every time I would be a happy businessman. |

I am an elderly traveller and would just like to thank Qantas for the exceptional service that I received on a recent flight from the UK. They crew were very pro-active and looked to help me at every stage. They really made the trip a memorable one for all the right reasons. I would recommend to everyone, young and old. |

Qantas is still the best airline for food and in-flight entertainment. The cabin cew are pretty decent too. All in all the only choose for flying to and from Australia. |
