After reading very good reviews from other travellers we decided to fly with Malaysia Airlines. Unfortunately the service we received wasn't as good as we hoped. Nothing went majorly wrong, its just that certain things, like the unfriendly cabin crew, didn't live up to our expectations. Perhaps we just had a bad flight, but I think we will probably go back to BA or emirates next time.

I had the pleasure of flying with Malaysia Airlines a few weeks ago. What an airline. Everything is done with a smile, and the cabin crew seem genuinely interested in your needs, not the fake smiles you see on most airlines. The whole experience, from the staff, food, entertainment, even check in was easy, was the best I have ever had. Well done Malaysia Airlines.

Flew with Malaysia on the back of good reviews and the promise of extra leg-room. I was not disappointed. The whole experience was excellent and I shall definitely be using them again the next time I fly to this part of the world.

I flew with Malaysia Airlines to Australia. On the whole the service is very good, the only problem came with the other passengers on our flight. A few of them had been drinking heavily. Unfortunately the cabin crew seemed unable to deal with them, and instead of refusing to serve them, just kept plying them with more drinks. Not sure if it is their training, or simply their nature, but no-one was prepared to put a stop to it. Eventually several other passengers had a go at the group, but the crew were very ineffective in this situation.
