Very friendly staff, free drinks and snacks + reading material. The planes were clean and tidy. Both my flights left slightly late, but I think that was due to a back log that had built up earlier in the day, so not Lufthansa's fault. |

Very disappointing experience. The plane was old and tired, the entertainment poor and food awful. On the return leg I tried to upgrade using my Frequent Flyer miles. I have over 300K but they said it wasn't enough, even though business class was half empty. Sadly Lufthansa is becoming a second rate airline compared to some of the new and upcoming carriers. |

The plane was clean and fairly new, and the staff were both polite and efficient. However, the leg room in economy was very cramped and the food was awful. If you are flying with them, try to get an upgrade. |
