I choose Iberia because of the price. Overall the service was adequate. Plenty of food and drink, entertainment ok, staff polite but absent quite a lot of the time. If you choose to fly with Iberia accept that you get what you pay for. If you want more, pay more to go with someone else.

This is the worst airline I have flown with, and I've used a lot. All 4 flights were delayed and my luggage was lost on the way out. I didn't see a single smile from any of the staff, on the ground or in the cabin. Hardly anyone spoke any English so trying to sort out our lost luggage was a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

We have had to endure various Iberia flights as part of the OneWorld Alliance. We have never been met by a friendly face or a polite welcome. Even when we have paid for upgrades the level of service has remained poor. If you have an alternative for the route you are flying, use them!!

Do not use this airline. They managed to lose our luggage on the flight out to Spain. We finally got it in the second week. They then lost our luggage coming home, permanently, we have never seen it again. Shocking service!!

Whenever I fly with Iberia my flight is delayed or cancelled. The staff are rude and my bags have been lost. I used to put up with this because of the cheap prices, but even this is no longer enough to tempt me to use Iberia in the future.
