I would just like to congratulate Easyjet on their wonderful website. As an OAP I have only a limited knowledge of the internet, but with its clear layout and simple to follow instructions Easyjet's website makes it easy for anyone to book their flights online.

How can you complain about flights to Europe for £20 return?? Forget about free drinks or snacks and think about the extra spending money you'll have when you get there thanks to Easyjet's ridiculously cheap prices.

Have just got back from Murcia in Spain. Flew with Easyjet for £45 return. All flights were on time, we even arrived back at Bristol ahead of schedule. Would recommend to all budget travellers. Book at least 5-6 months ahead to get the best deals. Pleasantly surprised by the service.

I am an OAP with a dodgy knee so was a bit concerned with how I would fare travelling on Easyjet as they do not issue seats, rather they call people in boarding groups and then its a race to the plane for the best seats. I have to admit that the service was much better than I expected. At check-in the girl was very sympathetic to my situation and granted me pre-boarding which meant I got to board first, along with families with small children. When I came to board I was offered assistance by at least 3 members of staff! Despite all the horror stories I have heard and seen on the TV I cannot thank them highly enough for their efforts.

Having recently recovered from a heart attack I was pleased to finally get the all clear from my doctor to allow me to fly. His only recommendation was that I contact the airline to advise them of my situation, to ensure that oxygen was available on the plane should the reduced air pressure within the cabin cause me any problems. A simple task I thought. Wrong! After sitting on hold for over 30 minutes on 3 or 4 occasions without being able to speak to a human being I gave up trying to reach the Easyjet customer services centre. In the end the flight went fine and I did not require any additional assistance, however, my inability to contact Easyjet left me with unnecessary worries ahead of the flight, not to mention a large phone bill. Next time I shall pay a little bit more to ensure a better level of service and piece of mind.

Very disappointed with Easyjet on return flight from Berlin. I appreciate the cheap prices means you forego some services such as allocated seats and snacks but I was shocked to find that the plane was not cleaned between flights. Sure the flight attendants go around with a bag asking for rubbish but on this particular flight the plane was filthy. Crisps and other food on the floor, stains on the tray tables and worst of all, a stain from the seat which I discovered on my jeans several hours later. Snacks and allocated seats I can live without but surely a basic level of cleanliness should be expected, whatever the cost of the ticket.

Travelled with Easyjet for the first time in Feb 07. Flight was fine and service acceptable but I was annoyed with the lack of allocated seats. Whilst I was prepared for a rush to board the plane, although at my age rushing is not as easy as it used to be, I was not expecting to stand in the queue for nearly an hour. As soon as our plane touched down a gate number appeared on the departures board and within 2 minutes at least a hundred people were queuing at the gate, even thought we were not expected to board for another hour. I could have remained seated but did not want to be the last one to board the plane, so was forced to join the queue and stand for nearly an hour without achieving anything. This is probably more the airports fault than Easyjet's, but I thought it was worth sharing.

I flew last week from Maastricht to Berlin (Schoenefeld). They advise to check in as early as possible to get the best seats (they operate a queue system). The checking was super simple however Maastricht airport is a tad Mickey-mouse. There were only about 50 passenger on the aeroplane, an Airbus A319, nice jet. I got an over wing seat, good because I'm 1.87m (6ft 3"") tall and those 30 inch pitch seats are tough to get comfortable in. The return flight was the same, the aeroplane this time had about 100 passengers on board, again I checked in early and got my over wing seat. For 31 euros all-in this was a good deal. Question is how long can these fares stay so low?

When arriving at Liverpool airport it bemused me to see that Easyjet were not Easyjet but Servisair? It was like a circus, I thought a clown with a big bow tie was going to pop out at any second. The average age of the workers must have been 18 or 19 and trained up in the art of arrogance.

We took our twins on their first ever flight last week as part of their birthday present. We flew Easyjet to Belfast and returned the same day. The whole cost was just £52.00 for both us and kids return inc. all taxes. The planes were clean, modern and comfortable. I was amazed by the amount of leg room. Both outward and return flights arrived 10mins early. First time on Easyjet but impressed by service and price. Kids also really enjoyed it!

Would just like to thank Easyjet for bringing cheap fares to Europe to the people of Belfast. We no longer have to fly to Britain first to transfer everywhere.

If you are looking for cheap flights to Europe then Easyjet is the clear choice. Have flown with them several times a year for over 5 years now and am still impressed with the price and level of service. Book early to get the best prices and bring a drink and sandwich if you don't want to pay extra on board. Simple!

Recently flew back from Portugal with Easyjet. Due to family reasons I had to change the flights a few weeks prior to flying. It cost me more to change the flight than the original ticket?? Afterwards I found out that it would have been cheaper for me to cancel the ticket altogether and buy a new one? Cheap fares maybe, but don't change anything unless its a matter of life or death.

Used Easyjet for the first time in Oct 2006 to fly to Barcelona. Check in was very easy, flight on time going out and only very slightly delayed coming home. Didn't have any of their snacks, we took our own. Good budget value.

I've flown many times with Easyjet and never had a problem. You turn up, check in, get on the plane and go. Never had a delay. No seat allocation so you are called in the order in which you checked in which is absolutely fine.

Have just contacted Easyjet to make a chance to a return flight that I booked several weeks ago. After waiting on the phone for at-least 20 minutes I finally got through, only to find that by the time I had paid the admin charges and the difference in the cost of the seat, the changes had cost me more than the original outward and return flights put together. Whilst I have not had any problems with Easyjet in terms of the actual flights, I find it a bit much to charge people so much to make alterations to their tickets. This is obviously how they make their money.

This was my first flight with a budget airline so I wasn't sure what to expect for the amount I paid. However, when I got on the plane (Airbus A319-100) I was surprised to see how clean and spacious it was. The seat pitch was great and was much better than some airlines I've flown with in the past. The cabin crew were very professional and they obviously took pride in their job. Pre-flight safety briefing was very thorough and there were regular updates from the captain about the progress of the flight. I could honestly recommend this airline to anyone!

Flew to Newcastle from Stansted for a conference. Outward flight was delayed one hour due to cumulative flight delays during day (it was only 11am!) - not very acceptable on a short domestic flight where good timekeeping is important. Return flight delayed 20 minutes due to Air Traffic Control delays. Pleasant and efficient cabin crew with comfortable leather seats but it was all rather let down by a rather dirty cabin on return flight (lots of crumbs etc. on seats and floor). While Easyjet still represents good value I was less impressed with them this time than on earlier flights. Their standards are definitely slipping.

I have never flown with Easyjet without some mishap or another. This last time, flight was cancelled. It took 2 hours in a queue for the checkout girl to give me a customer service number. There was no representative to explain why the cancellation occurred or what our options were. When I pay for a cheap flight I don't expect leg room, meals or numbered seat. I do however expect simple courtesy to let clients know what the situation is. Very very disappointed. Remains to be seen whether the additional costs I incurred due to cancellation will be refunded, as promised.

Flew with Easyjet to Mallorca in Spain. Would highly recommend that you do not fly with Easyjet. I, along with roughly 10 others lost our luggage. The girl said that they had been lost but she also said that when the maximum weight of luggage hits some suitcases get thrown off the plane.
We spent 2 days in the same clothes and did not enjoy it. Our luggage finally came at night 2 days later but when my brand-new suitcase came it was ripped, dirty and all the name tags had been torn apart. They did not say sorry and my sister's case did not even turn up at all. Do not fly with Easyjet!!

Easyjet are certainly winning back my custom.
Much improvement upon my last Easyjet flights back in 2002 and 2004. New Airbus 319 are a pleasure to fly on, very clean and new, with a modern and safe, yet comfortable feel.
Online check-in is a fantastic idea. Whilst only on trial for certain Easyjet airports/flights, I do hope Easyjet roll it out across the network. Being able to check-in and print boarding passes for BOTH my flights before I had even set off is a bonus. Only having hand luggage meant I was able to bypass the check-in queues (previously dreaded with a low-cost carrier) and walk straight through security to the plane. The option to purchase speedy boarding (although again, not available on all routes) is definitely worth it and really pleased to see that Easyjet boarding gate staff are actually enforcing it. Being called to board first is a pleasure i.e. first choice of seats. The scrum at the boarding gate was previously another of my low-cost carrier pet hates.
Flights were on time both ways, not bad considering the number of sectors these aircraft fly thus opportunities for roll-on effect delays.

As a frequent Easyjet passenger, I am almost always satisfied, seeing at last a low cost airline provide for a low price a service superior to that of many "full service" (HA...!!!) competitors, while driving prices down to much less than half what they used to be before they came.

Try Easyjet folks, it's cheap n' cheerful. The seats are small, but what do you want for £29 one way. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
I've used this airline to 4 destinations over the past 6 months for private trips and hope to use them several more times this year (it's often cheaper than driving).

Much better service than the last time I used Easyjet back in 2004. I used to watch the 'Airline' programme on TV and think "been there done that" as I watched people struggling with rude staff and long flight delays, but the service I received on my latest flight in June 2006 has done much to win back my custom. I will definitely be considering Easyjet for my next short haul flight in 2007.

I would just like to thank Easyjet for helping to bring down the price of air travel, allowing low income families like my own to afford a proper holiday each year. Knowing that we can find cheap flights to top European destinations all year round means we can spend more of our money whilst on holiday, rather than on getting there. Thank you Easyjet!!!!!!

Just wanted to let everyone know about Easyjet's new online check-in system. Its not available at all airports yet but you should definitely check to see if it is being operated in your area! The system allows you to check-in online before you leave for the airport and print off all your tickets so you don't have to queue at check-in (which can be the worst part of using a low budget airline). If you have bags to go in the hold you simply drop them off at a new security area for them to be scanned and loaded onto your flight. If you use Easyjet to commute like myself and travel with no luggage other than a bit of hand luggage then you can go straight through to departures. Brilliant! Well done to Easyjet for implementing this new service. Here's hoping that it is rolled out across all their airports in 2007.

Easyjet are making many trips to Malaga airport throughout the year, I hear more criticism of Easyjet than any other airline. People arrive off the flight moaning about just about anything, from the colour of the plane to the fact that they were rushed on and off. However, they seem to forget that they have usually paid a lot less for their flight and that they have arrived safe and sound! Give it a rest people!

I have used Easyjet many times. They are a so called low cost airline, however, not always you can find low cost tickets with them. The trick is to book well in advance. My favourite route with Easyjet is to Barcelona, compared to other low cost companies, they fly into Barcelona airport, which is very handy if you want to spend a weekend there. Their planes are relatively new, but the legroom is very little. Luckily its a short flight so the leg room isn't big problem for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to fly to Barcelona.

Easyjet. Fantastic. I recently flew to Palma De Mallorca from Luton with Easyjet, and other than Quantas who were fantastic and miles ahead of the competition, I can honestly say they are the best airline I have ever flown with.

Travelled with Easyjet to Ireland this year and found them to be a really good airline. The cabin crew were really, really nice and I was watching them help an old woman on and off the plane, they were so kind and patient with her, they were extremely helpful, couldn't do more for you.
I have found Easyjet's website to be extremely good and really easy to use, I have found the prices extremely good value for money. If you want to get the cheapest flights you have to be prepared to book a flight that is early in the morning (around 6am-7am) but if you don't mind getting up to get on a flight at this time than it is brilliant. The prices later on in the day are not that much more expensive than the morning ones and so that is brilliant. The website is extremely easy to navigate around and if you book online you save £5 which is a bargain at the low prices that they are already offering.
