Flew with Delta from Gatwick to Las Vegas via Cincinnati. Check-in went smoothly and all flights were on time. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was slightly disappointed that the TV screens were not fitted in the back of the seat in front, rather they were in the ceiling. I guess it was an older generation plane. However, as the ticket was some £80 cheaper than the nearest competitor I wasn't to bothered. Overall would definitely recommend, especially if on a budget.

Was very impressed with Delta when I flew with them to Atlanta. I was travelling with a young infant and the staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling with a young child or family.

London Gatwick to Phoenix business class, out via Atlanta and returning via Cincinnati - the fare was only 40% of the BA/Virgin price. Punctual departures, pleasant and attentive staff (top rate on the Gatwick/Atlanta leg) and decent food (though the choice was somewhat limited). The seats recline on the transatlantic flights to a reasonable position, so sleeping was no problem. Schedule was a bit tight and I had to sprint to catch my connection at Atlanta, though customs had a lot to do with this.

Regularly fly with delta and almost all flights are packed, particularly on internal US flights. Flights normally leave and arrive on time. Delta is really trying to overcome its financial problems and I think they will grow into a better airline for it.

Flew Delta to the States from Gatwick. Both flights were half empty. I had 2 seats going out and 3 going back to myself. I guess Delta are struggling at the moment. Flights were on time and staff were polite and attentive. Would fly again in the hope of getting another half empty plane.
