Still no luggage...we travelled out to Vienna for 4 nights in February. After waiting for over an hour for the flight to leave due to the late arrival of the bags, we arrived at Vienna only to find no bags had been loaded on the plane. 5 days later still no idea on the whereabouts of our luggage, no apology, no compensation. I will never fly BA again.

Cabin crew could not be faulted ! I am surprised to hear that the management of this fine crew are treating them so badly when they should be rewarded ! I do not like strikes but I feel the BA crews deserve better from their managers and should strike to keep their hard earned pay and conditions. I don't think the managers at BA appreciate the hard work their crews do for them ! Without the crew I would not fly BA.

Just wanted to let everyone know about the British Airways pre check-in system available on their website. It allows you to check-in up to 24 hours before your flight and reserve your seat, choose your meal etc... When you get to the airport you simply collect your tickets and drop off your bags. Takes all the stress and queuing out of check-in. Well worth paying a bit extra for!

London Gatwick - Barbados and back. In Premium Economy. One of the flight attendants was clearly new but she tried her best and did a good job! Some nice meals and good films to watch. I would recommend paying an extra £150 to be upgraded as Premium Economy is great!

LHR-CPH-LHR, Economy Class, Dec 2007. It's very difficult to find fault with BA on this occasion. The fare was excellent - at the time of booking, lower than any other airline (including Easyjet and Ryan air) was quoting. Online check-in made the whole airport experience a dream. On-time departure, attentive crew, free newspapers (both British and Danish), comfortable seats and a well-presented snack and free bar en route. CPH airport easy, as ever - 20 minutes from touchdown to train. Similar experiences on the return leg, in which the cabin crew dealt very patiently and professionally with a small group of drunken, foul- mouthed English louts who were testing the patience of everyone around them. Can't help but compare this experience to a dismal trip on SAS a couple of weeks ago. British Airways is doing something very right indeed, and will be my airline of choice in future, even if they're not the cheapest.

London Heathrow to Toronto return. We had considered Zoom and Air Transat on cost grounds but opted for BA expecting a better in flight service. The outbound flight lived up to expectations, on line check in was a doddle. The flight left 1 hour late but arrived near enough on time. Good in flight service and meals. The return was a very different story. The flight was 2 hours late departing, in fairness not BA's fault. My seat was broken and did not recline. The flight was full so the only option was to spend some 7 hours sitting upright. Does not make sleeping easy, particularly when the guy in front reclines his seat. Noticeable the cabin crew in our part of the aircraft needed a refresher course on customer service! The evening meal served after take off was very good. However I am not sure carrot cake is my idea of breakfast.

Simply the best airline I have ever flown with. From check-in through to cabin crew everyone was polite and friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Well worth paying a bit extra for, although, if you check the BA website regularly you can pick up a great deal on the price as well!

I would just like to congratulate British Airways for the recent improvements in their service. I was caught up in the strike action several years ago that brought BA and Heathrow to a standstill and vowed that I would never use them again. However, after flying with them several weeks ago (trip was organised by my sister who didn't tell me who we were flying with until the day of travel) I would not hesitate to recommend them again. Well done BA!

Have just flown BA to New York and used the new online check in system. To my surprise the system worked flawlessly, I even managed to reserve my seat before I left home. Flight and cabin crew were excellent as usual and with the new online check in system there really is no reason why anyone would fly with anyone else.

Have just flown British Airways return to Denver from Heathrow and was very pleased with the service received. Both myself and my travel partner suffer with back problems so we were a bit concerned before the flight as to how we would get on. However, the ability to pre-book our seats through BA's website allowed us to get aisle seats with good leg room, meaning we didn't have to worry about which seats we would be allocated. When we arrived at the airport we found all the staff polite and helpful. My travel partner, who uses a walking stick, was offered assistance on at least three occasions by BA staff prior to boarding. The cabin crew on the flight were just as attentive and polite. All in all it was a great way to start and end the holiday. We will definitely be using British Airways again.

I recently flew BA from Heathrow to Denver. Booking the flights on the BA website was quick and easy. I was even able to select my seat through the website - very important as I suffer from a back problem and wanted an aisle seat for ease of access. The check-in at Heathrow was quick and easy thanks to the online check-in system and took little more than 5 minutes from arriving at Heathrow to being in the departure lounge. Boarding the plane was conducted in an orderly and efficient manner - a far cry from my last flight on a budget airline - and the plane left on time. Overall the flight was very enjoyable. The food was very good, the complimentary drinks kept flowing and the in-flight entertainment was excellent. I cannot comment too highly the quality of service provided by all of the BA crew. They really were the best I have ever flown with!

A day trip to Frankfurt on British Airways. I make this trip twice a year and usually use Lufthansa, but had to fly BA as Lufthansa's cheapest fares were 5 times that of BA. Both flights on time, comfortable leather seats. A hot panini served on way out - ham sandwich and raspberry dessert on way back. Pleasant cabin crew.

I find I become more appreciative of BA, the more I fly with low cost carriers; everything is so less stressful. The online check in, those new machines at the airport, not having to worry (too much) about excess baggage - all make the experience more pleasant. The BA staff are unfailingly courteous and professional; all in all, a great experience.

Although the flight was comfortable in general, the food good, and the staff very friendly with my overly sized carry-on bag, my main luggage was lost and delayed in London, even though staff assured me it would reach its final destination in Madrid. Also it took over 4 days to deliver my bags to my final destination, leaving me without clothing.

Another good European flight with British Airways. I used the self service check in at Heathrow which is quick and simple. Agents were very understanding about my somewhat overweight baggage! The flight departed from one of the furthest gates in Terminal 1 but boarding was quickly completed and we managed an on time take off. The Cabin Crew were very pleasant and at pains to ensure everyone was comfortable. In flight service was a sandwich and a strawberry trifle plus a full range of offerings from the bar. Fine for such a short flight. We landed early at Stuttgart, but for some reason couldn't use an airbridge so were shuttled to the terminal by bus. Baggage was already on the belt by the time I cleared passport control. In conclusion an excellent flight for a very reasonable price from a very good airline. I would recommend them.

Outstanding. GREAT FLIGHT. It was better than I even expected when I booked the flight. The crew was really friendly and I enjoyed flying with BA. Good tasty meal and juice. I arrived relaxed and fresh to Belgrade where I had to go straight to an important business meeting.
Definitely, there should be more BA flights to Belgrade, the frequency is embarrassing. I thought the price was set a bit too high before flying but now I am quite happy to pay the extra for the great service.

I was very disappointed with the service on BA whilst flying to Perth, Australia, from the UK. The seats were very uncomfortable, cramped, hardly any legroom. The staff were uncooperative and unfriendly. The in-flight entertainment was bad, the only thing I found good was the food, except for the fact that you hardly ever got what you wanted. This particular flight was a couple of years ago so hopefully things will have changed as I am flying with them again in a few weeks. I will let you know.....

Flew from Heathrow to Gothenburg. As usual the BA cabin staff were excellent- always manage to be friendly without becoming too smart - if you know what I mean. BA also offers the most room on this flight compared to SAS etc.
