The staff on our flight were extremely rude. The flights were also delayed. We received no apology. Upon leaving the aircraft we were asked to clean up after ourselves so they could get under way again quickly?? Never again.

Do not fly with these guys if you are tall. They have crammed so many seats into their tired old aircraft that I had to sit with my knees up to my chest, and I am only just 6'2". Thankfully the flight was only a short one otherwise I would have been creased up by the time I arrived.

Every leg of my short trip was delayed. 12 hours to get from Los Cabos to San Fran, I could have driven it quicker. The attendants were rude, kept correcting people and telling them to say please and thank you. I know politeness costs nothing but the job of a stewardess is not to criticise every passenger they speak to.

The outbound flight went well, but everything that could go wrong coming home did. Several delays, last minute gate changes meaning everybody had to run from gate to gate (I am 67), lost luggage both ways (one piece is still missing several weeks later) and no sign of an apology, from either the cabin crew or the customer service centre. I will take my custom elsewhere.
