Yeeehaaaa! Alaska Airlines is a great little airline. I went from Calgary to LAX, and it was comfortable and clean with a very friendly service. I am very impressed with this airline, and would give it 10 out of 10! Much better than some larger airlines that I have travelled with recently.

Fly Alaska Airlines!

I think its now time for Alaska to sort out all their disputes with their ground crew and maintenance staff. They obviously haven't learn from the tragic events of 2000 when one of their planes crashed due to poor maintenance checks. If they want people to feel safe travelling with them, they have to get this sorted out.

Good prices but poor service. Whenever I fly Alaska Airlines there always seems to be a delay caused by mechanical errors, I guess due to the older type aircraft they are flying. Staff rushing people onboard, declaring their impatience to get home, really not appropriate given some of the passengers on the flight have been in the air for close to 26 hrs...such as myself....the aircraft had a peculiar urine smell and seating was rather uncomfortable...try to avoid this airline, only in desperation choose this airline!
