Balmoral
Operated by : Fred Olsen
Although slightly larger than Fred Olsens existing ships, Balmoral will still be compact enough to
offer that traditional, homely atmosphere which is so much their trade-mark. With only
523 cabins, including some 60 dedicated singles, guests and crew alike can share the
camaraderie which is missing in modern resorts or mega-liners
Small ship with a big heart best describes Black Prince. With the ability to slip into discreet harbours, so often by-passed by today’s impersonal behemoths; she combines a fun approach to cruising while upholding traditions of a past era. With an engaging personality and intimate convivial mood all her own; her style and scale engenders companionship.
Black Watch is a truly world-class cruise ship whose spacious public rooms look out onto teak decks with generous promenades. Passengers agree there is a spontaneous feeling of indulgence and choice that lies at the heart of this classically elegant ship.
Following a massive refit in 2006 the Boudicca has proudly joined the Fred Olsen fleet. Following the style and attention to detail that has made her sister ships so successul, Boudicca is sure to began a favourite with her passengers.
Elegant but not stuffy best describes the atmosphere you will discover on board Braemar. Expansive windows, large open decks and terraces, as well as a spectacular five-deck atrium create a sense of space noticeably absent from so many of todays cities that go to sea. Enhancing the stylish mood are polished woods and gleaming brass, set off by gentle lighting and rich fabrics in soft, tasteful hues.
