This was the first time I have flown with Virgin so I was interested to see how they would compare to other carriers I have flown with such as BA, American and United. I have to say this flight was probably the best I have been on. We were flying on a 747 so I knew the cabin would be large and airy, but I was impressed by the amount of leg room in economy. All the staff I met, both on the ground and during the flight were very friendly and polite, and seemed like they were enjoying their job. The range of in-flight entertainment was good and kept me occupied for most of the 11 hour flight. The food was also good, although I would have liked a bit more. Overall an excellent flight. I will definitely look to fly with Virgin again in the future. |

First rate service as always! Virgin flights run like clockwork. I made the mistake of flying with a different carrier several months ago (they were a bit cheaper) but surprise surprise the flight was late and the staff were less than friendly. I arrived at my meeting late and in a bad mood. This time I flew Virgin again, the flight left on time, the flight crew were friendly and helpful and I arrived at my meeting in plenty of time. I won't make the same mistake again and will only be flying Virgin in the future. |

Great flight and good value for money. I managed to book my flight during one of Virgin's online sales so I saved over £100 on the regular price. Both flights left on time and everything was as I expected (clean plane, good leg room, friendly staff). Will definitely keep an eye out for their next online sale to see if I can grab another bargain! |

Really good service from start to finish. Check in was easy and boarding was conducted in a quick and efficient manner. The flight went very smoothly and the food was good. |

1st Class service from check-in to arrival. Friendly staff and even good food. Will definitely use again for my next trip. |

The flight on Virgin was the most uncomfortable flight I have been on. The controls for the Head rest monitor would not work correctly and the seats were very uncomfortable. The plane looked very dated and when you have paid more than £1200 each for the holiday and there was 12 people that's a lot of money for a dated plane and bad services. The staff on the plane were more than helpful and made sure you were okay, I can not fault the on-board staff in any way. I have just booked to go to Florida again but booked with travel city direct, for myself and my girlfriend we have paid £2562 but this includes 1st class seating with 50inch pitch plus a menu, free drinks,40kg luggage allowance, priority booking, priority boarding and in-flight entertainment I also booked a luxury car which is included in the price along with all insurances and we will be staying at the liki tiki condo apartments. So if your booking a holiday to Orlando book with Travel City Direct. |

I have flown many times in the three available classes (Upper, Premium and Economy). Economy is a little cramped but certainly no worse than any other airline. Premium is comfortable and upper is excellent. In every class I have always found the flight attendants to be very friendly and polite. Check in procedure has always been quick and efficient. Would highly recommend! |

It’s similar to Singapore Airlines. Having travelled in both Upper Class and Economy on most airlines I would say Virgin is by far better than American Airlines, British Airways and Untied Airlines, which I used to fly constantly on business. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is great, and the seats where by far more comfortable then the other airlines. |

I normally try to leave a balanced review with both good and bad comments but this time I cannot say enough good thinks about Virgin Atlantic. Excellent staff, food, in flight entertainment and by far the newest and most comfortable and clean aircraft I have ever flown in. Can't wait till they start using the new double decker airbus to see what they install inside. |
