Another first rate flight with JAL. I visit Japan regularly and always like to start my holidays with a flight on JAL (If I can afford it). The service they provide is second to none, very similar to the standards you receive in a Japanese hotel. I would highly recommend JAL to anyone travelling to Japan. If you have the money and can afford a business or first class ticket, I can only imagine the level of treatment you would receive! |

I would like to congratulate JAL on the standard of their planes and the service they offer to their passengers. My only complaint lies in the training of the flight attendants. It seems that the young Japanese women they employ as cabin crew have either not been taught, or are uncomfortable, giving orders to older people. This can cause problems if you get any rowdy passengers, as the flight attendants are often powerless to do anything about them. |
